The Challenge
Health is real wealth, yet many young adults lack the confidence and knowledge to care for themselves. In the UK, millions of GP and A&E visits are for self-treatable issues, straining the NHS.
Young adults have low knowledge of self care(58%) as compared to olds and 45% of them (least of all ages) likely to chat to their neighbour once a month.
Despite being highly connected digitally, tech-savvy young adults are increasingly isolated and struggling alone. So, what can be done to make them self-care savvy too?

Explored ideations in three ways:
Brainstorming on my own to freely put ideas on paper without judgment.
Round robin within a group of 5 to gain fresh perspectives and think differently.
Crazy 8 method for one of the HMWs to push rapid creativity.
To refine ideas further, I used the impact/effort matrix, which helped to identify the most viable options moving forward.

Reflections
I learned a lot through this project. I worked well in decision making, collaborating, being iterative and had open discussions in user interviews or testing. But, I could be better in aspects like thinking more clearly about the stakeholders and finding more evidences to support some prior research. These are the area, I really want to learn how to improve in and do a better planning as well.
